Get Lymi

Delete your data

How to remove everything Lymi knows about you.

Lymi has no accounts. You never sign up or provide an email address. You may enter an optional first name, which stays on your iPhone. Apple and RevenueCat process subscription records separately.

What data does Lymi store?

Lymi keeps the following on your device only:

None of this is uploaded to us. Resetting removes the app's local copy. iCloud or local device backups may retain copies according to your iOS backup settings.

Option 1: Reset all data in the app

  1. Open Lymi and go to Profile.
  2. Scroll down and tap Reset all data.
  3. Confirm. Your onboarding answers, routine history and streaks are permanently deleted. The app returns to its initial state.

This cannot be undone. Your subscription is not affected and can still be restored.

Option 2: Delete the app

  1. Touch and hold the Lymi icon on your Home Screen.
  2. Tap Remove App, then Delete App.
  3. Confirm. iOS removes the app together with all of its data.

If you only offload the app (Settings → General → iPhone Storage), iOS keeps the app's data. Choose Delete App to remove it completely.

Subscriptions are separate

Deleting the app or resetting data does not cancel an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Select Lymi and tap Cancel Subscription.

You keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscription records at RevenueCat

To process subscriptions we use RevenueCat, which holds an anonymous app-user ID and purchase/receipt data (see our Privacy Policy). This data is not linked to your name or email. If you would also like this record deleted, use Profile → Copy support ID and email us the copied ID so we can request deletion. Please note that afterwards you may no longer be able to restore the purchase.
